“Given the prevailing levels of occupier demand in the area and the lack of supply, we are confident of announcing a letting very soon.”

Christian Smith, director of property agency Savills which is letting the scheme, said: “This brings much needed high-quality stock to the Black Country.

“It should appeal to logistics businesses and local occupiers looking to upgrade to a more efficient building.”

Keir Edmonds, managing director of MCS Group, said: “It has been a pleasure to work alongside St Francis Group to deliver this very high-quality warehouse and distribution unit.

“Everyone involved should be very proud of the Parallel 113 project which has been delivered on time and on budget according to the 40-week programme.”
