The Travelodge hotel opposite Blackpool FC’s Bloomfield Road stadium has been handed a price tag of over £11m.
The 124-bedroom hotel on Seasiders Way has an asking price of £11.25m.
The building is being marketed by online estate agency 99 Home and has an annual revenue of over £665,000.

The hotel also has around 200 car parking spaces while the site has 10 years left to run on its 25 year lease.
The estate agency said there is an option to extend the lease for a further six years.
In a statement posted on the Rightmove listing, 99 Home said: “This is a purpose-built Travelodge constructed to a high specification, the supervision of which was carried out by Travelodge.
“Planning was also approved at the same time as the planning for this Travelodge for a pub and restaurant on the Travelodge car park.
“The Travelodge is situated opposite Blackpool Football Club on Seasiders Way near the heart of the town and within a short walking distance to the promenade and town centre.
“The town council in conjunction with Nikal are to construct a £300m leisure-led development adjoining this central corridor bringing many great attractions to the immediate area.”
