Revamp Plans For Birmingham Office Block

An office block in the heart of Birmingham’s business district is to undergo a facelift project.

The work at Cornerblock, at the corner of Cornwall Street and Livery Street, will see improvement work to its well being and customer areas.

The scheme includes a new reception area, concierge facilities, meeting and collaboration space, a fitness studio and gym, secure bike storage with maintenance stations and refurbished changing rooms.

The work, which is being carried out by Birmingham-based interior design and fitout specialist Estilo, is due to start in February and will take around two months to complete.
