A longstanding high street accountancy firm in North Yorkshire has been acquired by national professional services operator Xeinadin Group.
Bedale-based Kenneth Easby Ltd, which has been trading since 1949 and also has a Northallerton base, has provided financial support to owner managed business, the agricultural sector and high net worth individuals. The firm is led by Ken Graham, who will continue in his role under Xeinadin’s ownership.
The acquisition is the third this year for Xeinadin, which also bought Romsey-based Clear Vision Financial Management and Northern practice Poppleton and Appleby, expanding its national footprint. The group was formed in 2019 through a merger of more than 100 small and medium-sized accountancy practices in the UK and Republic of Ireland, and now operates more than 135 offices, employing 1,700 staff.

Kenneth Easby employs a team of 36 and offers services such as tax advice, accounts, audit, bookkeeping, payroll, VAT and business planning.
