New Business Festival Coming To The West Midlands

A new business festival is set to come to the region next spring.

Mayor Richard Parker has announced plans for the first ever West Midlands Business Festival in March which will bring together small- and medium-sized companies and the wider business community for two weeks of events and networking.

Organised by Business Growth West Midlands, it is aiming to offer opportunities for companies to connect with potential partners, experts and investors.

It will run from March 3 to 14 and have a programme of conferences, workshops, networking activities, exhibitions, dinners, product launches and other showcases.

Mayor Parker said: “Small businesses are the backbone of our economy and it’s crucial they get the support they need to thrive.

“I want to make the West Midlands the best place to start and grow a business and the Business Festival is a key part of that.

“It’s a chance for businesses to come together, get back to growth and create real opportunities, especially for our young people who need them the most.”

Applications are now open for businesses to apply to host an event as part of the West Midlands Business Festival.
