Since floating employees, based on consistent financial year strong performances, have received the maximum in free shares (currently £3,600 worth) under Admiral’s share incentive plan.

A member of staff who has worked at Admiral continuously for the last 20 years would have received over £64,000 in free shares.

To celebrate its 20th anniversary as a listed business, Admiral Group closed the market during an event held at the London Stock Exchange .

Admiral’s chief executive Milena Mondini de Focatiis, said: “I’m so proud that we are able to celebrate 20 years as a listed business. This milestone and our continued growth would not have been possible without our colleagues’ hard work and dedication to ensuring that we can be there for our customers when they need us the most.

“We would like to thank our customers who have trusted us to look after theirs and their families’ future, and all our colleagues and shareholders for their continued support. We look forward to the next 20 years.”

Overseas Admiral has offices in Canada, France, Gibraltar, India, Italy, Spain and the US.

In 2023 the group generated revenues of £4.81bn, with a stronger performance so far in 2024 with record half year numbers.
